Founder Profile

Wireless Reliability Built from Operational Discipline

Ron is the founder of SignalForge Wireless, a specialized wireless performance and reliability engineering consultancy focused on operationally dependent environments throughout the Ohio Valley region.

Field Discipline

Communications reliability forged in high-stakes tactical environments.

Enterprise Scale

Multi-site infrastructure, carrier wireless, and regulated technology execution.

SignalForge Doctrine

Operational reliability through engineered wireless infrastructure.

Operating Doctrine

Field communications discipline applied to modern wireless reliability.

Ron’s background connects military communications, telecom engineering, infrastructure leadership, and wireless reliability into one operating doctrine: critical wireless environments should be measured, engineered, validated, and documented.

From Field Discipline to Wireless Doctrine

01
The Crucible

Field Discipline

Communication reliability was forged where failure wasn't an option.

As a Ranger-qualified Scout-Sniper Squad Leader and Long-Range Recon Patrol member in the 25th Infantry Division (Light), Ron engineered improvised RC-292 antenna relay systems to secure critical data links under pressure. As a U.S. Army Ranger Instructor, he evaluated elite operators in the rigorous methodologies of operational planning and small-unit execution. He later scaled this battlefield discipline into the U.S. Air Force Combat Communications domain, deploying tactical SATCOM terminals and AN/TRC-170 troposcatter systems.

02
The Scale

Enterprise Execution

Translating battlefield precision into multi-million-dollar infrastructure.

For over 17 years, Ron has directed high-stakes IT and wireless infrastructure for the nation’s most heavily regulated and demanding environments. From managing multi-data center buildouts for the Federal Reserve System and massive identity migrations for Bank of America, to leading the deployment of over 2,000 carrier cell sites for AT&T, his operating standard has remained absolute: unshakeable readiness, disciplined execution, and engineered verification.

03
The Mission

The SignalForge Doctrine

Wireless engineering evidence for mission-critical operations.

SignalForge was built because today's operational workflows, cloud data continuity, and client experiences cannot rely on commodity, "best-effort" Wi-Fi. We apply elite field discipline and rigorous predictive modeling to markets where connectivity failure is a business threat—from clinical medical environments and hospitality venues to multi-site professional offices and retail storefronts. By treating wireless infrastructure as a strict operational dependency—measured, validated, and documented—we eliminate the network friction that compromises staff mobility, data security, and client trust.

Layer 1Business Impact

Why reliability matters to mission critical operational workflows, revenue continuity, staff productivity, and client trust.

Layer 2Operational Cause

How coverage, roaming, capacity, interference, and device behavior create operational friction.

Layer 3Engineering Evidence

Measured RF conditions, validation data, predictive modeling, and documented technical proof.

SignalForge is built around operating discipline: practical wireless engineering, operational reliability, and real-world field evidence before decisions.
